Meeting Opened by Dave at 3:05 pm

There were 18 people in attendance.

Our guests included Ryan L. and Elvy M.

President Dave B. brought a T-Shirt to Raffle off,  donations to go to the Treasury.

Dave B. put an emphisis on all of us to be responsible and "know the laws", we are an education advocacy group and should know the laws.  Go to the internet and look up "Lack of jurisdiction(40 USCS 255)".

Dave and Dr Jay are working on writing a letter to the Medical Board and further educate them on Prop. 215 and the law.  Doctors should be allowed to write reccomendations without worry.

Pat and Elvy went before the CA Medical Board and got Medical Marijuana on the agenda.

Kimberly read last months minutes.

Ryan and Dave brought it to our attention that we need to continue to write and e-mail your representatives and congressmen or newspapers and remind them that MMJ is still a hot issue.  "We need to continue to educate these people." says Ryan

Jon M. says that Supervisor Charlie Paine want to talk to the AAMC.

To have a scale or not?  That is the question that Dave will ask the D.A.

Shelly requested that we vote on a new time for our meetings.  From 2:15pm to 4:20pm.  All voted in favor.

Ronda reminded us that we should not purchase anything on 02/15.

The T-shirt that was donated raised $61.25 for our treasury.  Thank you very much President Dave.

There will be no meeting in December.  The next meeting will be on Saturday, January 25th at 2:15pm to 4:20pm in the Garden Valley Grange.
